The business has been set up about 50 years ago by Shri Dahyabhai Dhulabhai Patel, Father of Shri Rajendrabhai D. Patel, Shri Maheshbhai D. Patel and Grandfather of Vipulbhai Patel. The status was changed to Private Limited Company in the year 1990. The product manufactured is Handmade Bidi which is sold in the market under the brand name of No. 43. The registered office of the Company is at Nagpur. Another business activity which is carried out by the Company, is the Trading of Match Boxes. However the Administrative Office, Godowns etc are at Wardha. Apart from Wardha there are other depots of Nagpur, Amaravati, Chandrapur and Yavatmal. The entire manufacturing activities are carried out at Kisannagar, Armoor, Nirmal, all situated in Andhra Pradesh. The entire production is carried out through contract labour on piece rate system.
